Participants should have no major physical issues or injuries. Boot-y Camp includes running and jumping.

A version of Boot-y Camp for those with bum knees and backs, post-natal recovery, or other considerations. A low impact but challenging boot camp style experience with power walking and other fun stuff to replace jumping and running. Meet at the corner of Lincoln Road and Ocean Avenue.
