Cadet Camp

August 18 - Sept 10
Mondays and Wednesdays
6-7 a.m.

A modified version of Boot-y Camp for exercisers with back problems, knee problems, trouble running, or other physical limitations.

Cadet Camp is taught by Chelsea G.
Highly experienced drill sergeant for the "fitness challenged."

$100 for 4 weeks

Boot-y Camp

August 20 - Sept 12
Wednesdays and Fridays
6-7 a.m.

An innovative approach to Boot Camp that kicks your butt with SBD* exercises, plyometrics (think jumping), balance and core stability work plus good old fashioned ab exercises that make you want your mommy.

Boot-y Camp is taught by Sara Hatfield
Originator of the Boot-y Camp method:
"Work Hard. Get Results."

$100 for 4 weeks

4 Star General

Take Class Mon/Wed/Fri for $130!

all classes are 6-7 a.m. for 4 weeks

Meet at the Lincoln Rd. entrance to Prospect Park.
